ADVISORY: ONEDRIVE STORAGE LIMIT

This notice serves to reiterate our second advisory dated October 8, 2024, regarding the change to Microsoft 365 pooled storage for educational institutions. TSU's total storage will now be limited to 100 terabytes, which includes data from Outlook, OneDrive, and MS Teams.

Due to this change in policy, effective March 1, 2025, the new storage allocations will be as follows:

User Type	New Storage Limit
Active Employee and Faculty	25GB
Active Students	3GB

All inactive accounts (Employee, Faculty, and Student) will be deleted and lose access to their OneDrive accounts. To prevent data loss, users are strongly advised to retrieve their files before the effective date.

Only files that are related to academic, research, and administrative purposes are allowed to be stored in your OneDrive.
