OneDrive Storage Limit 4th Advisory

ADVISORY: ONEDRIVE STORAGE LIMIT 

To ensure users have adequate time to back up important files and data, the planned change to the Microsoft 365 pooled storage limit on March 01, 2025, has been rescheduled to take effect on July 01, 2025. This adjustment aims to minimize disruptions and allow for a smooth transition. 

Due to this change in policy, the new storage allocations will be as follows: 

Inactive Employee, Faculty, and Student accounts will be permanently deleted, resulting in the loss of access to their OneDrive accounts. To prevent data loss, users are strongly advised to retrieve and back up their files before the deletion date. 

Only files that are related to academic, research, and administrative purposes are allowed to be stored in your OneDrive.
